We are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Engineering Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery schedules meets business requirement, satisfying multi-site demands in a transparent and timely manner and communicating with suppliers and internal customers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery schedules remain on plan and meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor supply and demand, rescheduling deliveries where appropriate.
  • Continuously improve processes to improve transparency and efficiency.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure optimum response and service levels.
  • Ensure agreed service level to internal customers is met.
  • Raise purchase orders, follow up, check deliveries against invoices and associated administrative processes.
  • Monitor receipts and returns against purchase orders
  • Maintain KPIs and report regularly.
  • Work with other teams to introduce new products effectively

  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to meet demanding targets in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both internally and with suppliers
  • Customer focused
  • Highly numerate and proficient in Excel with demonstrated analytical skills
  • Proficient in administrative and clerical duties.
  • Attention to detail with logical thought processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs and ERP software
  • Although based in Hatfield, you will occasionally be expected to travel to other sites.
